According to an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary device for a posture correcting chair comprises a posture correcting device arranged on a lower end of a chair seat, and a wearable device mounted on an ear of a user. The posture correcting device includes: a support coupled to a chair； a drive motor coupled to one side of the support； a cam shaft which is arranged on one side of the drive motor, and transfers power； a cam which is arranged on one side of the cam shaft, and converts a rotary motion generated by the drive motor into a straight line motion； a coupling which is arranged on one side of the drive motor and the cam shaft, and transfers torque； a bearing holder coupled to the cam shaft； a bearing which is arranged on one side of the bearing holder, and supports and rotates an end of the cam shaft； a linear bush arranged on one side of the support； a shaft arranged by penetrating one side of the linear bush； a plate arranged on an end of the shaft； a roller shaft arranged on a lower end of the plate； a bearing roller arranged on one side of the roller shaft, with which the cam rotates and comes in contact； and a control unit to drive the drive motor.
