The suture ends are delivered in the middle of the dissected tendon portions with alternating long and short stitches. The short stitch is placed on an internal surface of one portion of the tendon opposite to the long stitch on the external surface of the opposite portion of the tendon. Рассекают сухожилие продольно на две равные части на длину необходимого укорочения. Проводят концы нити по середине рассеченных частей сухожилия с чередованием коротких и длинных стежков. Размещают короткий стежок на внутренней поверхности одной части сухожилия напротив длинного стежка на наружной поверхности противоположной части сухожилия. Стягивают обе части рассеченного сухожилия с образованием внутренних и внешних петель, при этом внутренние петли на одной части рассеченного сухожилия располагают в основании внешних петель на противоположной части сухожилия. Способ позволяет повысить точность коррекции длины сухожилия и создать оптимальные условия для его сращения в укороченном состоянии. 2 ил.
