This invention relates to an aqueous hair cleaning agent comprising components (A) and (B), wherein (A) is an anionic surfactant and (B) is polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. The content of the component (A) is 5-30 mass%, and the content of component (B) is 0.5-10 mass%, wherein the mass ratio of (B)/(A) is 0.05-1 the component (B) is a mixture of two or more compounds with C10-14 alkyl and EO additional molar number of 0-30, and the component (B) contains 5 mass% or above of both components (b-1) and (b-2) individually and a total of 60-100 mass%, wherein (b-1) has EO additional molar number of 1-5, and (b-2) has EO additional molar number of 12-20.本發明係一種水性毛髮清潔劑,其含有成分(A)及(B),(A)陰離子界面活性劑(B)聚氧乙烯烷基醚成分(A)之含量為5~30質量%,成分(B)之含量為0.5~10質量%,質量比(B)/(A)為0.05~1,且成分(B)係烷基之碳數為10~14、EO加成莫耳數為0~30之兩種以上之化合物之混合物,並且成分(B)中含有成分(b-1)及(b-2)各5質量%以上、且合計60~100質量%,(b-1)EO加成莫耳數為1~5者(b-2)EO加成莫耳數為12~20者。
