This invention relates to an osteoarticular screw with minor amount of movement, which includes an actuation part formed of an elastic material to provide a joint surface of a sacroiliac joint contacting the actuation part with a minor amount of movement and a twist capability, so as to mitigate the influence of force concentration on the hip, thereby preventing lower limb degradation.
