PURPOSE: A guide system for the blind using visible light communication is provided to reduce time and resources. CONSTITUTION: A guide system (100) for the blind using visible light communication comprises an information input unit (110) and a terminal (120). The information input unit is installed on a visible light lamp (550) installed on a facility (500) and inputs guide information in a light signal generated from the visible light lamp using visible light communication. The terminal comprises a receiving unit, an analysis unit, and an output unit. The analysis unit analyzes guide information included in a received light signal and processes the guide information into recognizable information.본 발명의 목적은 가시광 통신을 이용하여 안내 정보를 제공함으로써 현재 이미 설치되어 있는 다양한 설치물을 거의 그대로 활용하면서도 시각 장애인에게 해당 위치에 대한 안내 정보를 정확하게 제공할 수 있도록 하는 시각 장애인용 안내 장치를 제공하는 것이다.본 발명의 시각 장애인용 안내 장치는, 가시광 통신을 사용하여 시각 장애인을 안내하는 장치(100)로서, 시설물(500)에 설치된 가시광 조명(550)에 구비되며, 가시광 통신을 사용하여 상기 가시광 조명(550)에서 발생되는 광신호에 안내 정보를 포함시키는 정보 입력 수단(110)； 상기 가시광 조명(550)에서 발생되는 광신호를 수신하는 수신부(121) 및 상기 수신부(121)에서 수신된 광신호에 포함된 안내 정보를 분석하여 인식 가능한 정보로 처리하는 분석부(125), 상기 분석부(125)에서 처리된 안내 정보를 출력하는 출력부(122)를 포함하여 이루어지는 단말기(120)； 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
