PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an unstable psychological state of a driver and implement optimum route guidance. SOLUTION: The route guidance device 10 includes a biometric information input unit 101 for inputting biometric information of the driver who drives the vehicle, a psychological state estimation unit 102 for estimating the psychological state of the driver based on the biometric information, and traveling and driving of the vehicle. A driving information input unit 103 for inputting driving information related to a stop, and a psychological state factor determination unit for determining whether or not the cause of deterioration of the driver's psychological state is the stop of the vehicle based on the psychological state and the driving information. It includes 105 and a route search unit 110 that searches for a route that reduces the possibility of stopping the vehicle when it is determined that the cause of deterioration of the mental state is the stop of the vehicle.
