A catheter of the present invention comprises a guide, a lighting device, a wire, and a sensor. The guide is inserted to the blood vessel, and the lighting device is coupled to one end of the guide and located on the outside of a body. The wire penetrates the guide and is inserted along the blood vessel to perform a medical procedure. The sensor is fixated to the end of the wire. As the wire is inserted along the blood vessel, the lighting device is turned on to transmit a signal regarding the progress direction of the wire to the clinical performer.
