A pin assembly (100,100,100) for operation includes a hollow pin (10a,10c,10f) for operation having a plurality of side holes (30) defined through a wall thereof, and a root part (20) which is closed, or open due to the presence of a through-hole (40) and a hollow support member (60) having a pin fastening part formed therein in the shape of a groove (65) to fasten one end of the pin for operation, and being open at both ends thereof, wherein the pin for operation is fastened to the pin fastening part of the support member, and by applying external force to one end of the support member, the pin for operation is inserted into a bone. Medication or cement can be injected through a pin.
