The objectives of the invention are provision of optimum conditions for seed germinating capacity, uniform seed distribution along the row, reduction of draught resistance, simplification of the sowing section design, lowering the operating costs of direct seeding. The device comprises a seed-feeding apparatus and a sowing section linked, by means of a parallelogram suspension, to the seeding machine frame. The seeding machine frame carries, in front of the sowing section, a disk cutter with a depth adjuster. The sowing section frame is supported, via an axle and levers, by two rollers that adjust seeding depth. The sowing section frame carries a chisel-shaped shoe that plays, at the same time, the role of a seed drill tube. The rollers have a shape of a truncated cone and are disposed in front and tangentially in respect of the shoe.
