The present disclosure provides a bio-implantable device and a method for manufacturing the same, the bio-implantable device comprising: a substrate portion； a wire portion formed on a surface of the substrate portion； at least one micro wire array comprising a cover portion made of a polymer and attached to the one surface of the substrate portion, on which the wire portion is formed, so as to protect the wire portion and to expose at least one end of the wire portion, thereby forming a pad portion； a function portion electrically connected to the pad portion； and at least one package comprising a sealing portion made of a polymer so as to abut the function portion and the pad portion with no space therebetween, thereby protecting the same, the sealing portion extending up to a part adjacent to the substrate portion and to the pad portion of the cover portion and being attached thereto, the package being connected to an end of a corresponding micro wire array.
