The present invention describes new pyrrolo pyrimidine derivatives and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof which appear to interact with Bruton’s tyrosine kinase (Btk). Accordingly, the novel pyrrolo pyrimidines may be effective in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, allergic diseases, airway diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), transplant rejection, cancers e.g. of hematopoietic origin or solid tumors.本發明闡述新穎之吡咯并嘧啶衍生物及其醫藥上可接受之鹽,其顯示與布魯頓氏酪胺酸激酶(Brutons tyrosine kinase,Btk)交互作用。因此,該等新穎吡咯并嘧啶可有效治療自體免疫病症、發炎性疾病、過敏性疾病、呼吸道疾病(例如哮喘及慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD))、移植物排斥、癌症(例如造血起源之癌症)或實體腫瘤。
