An elastic intervertebral implant device for osteoporosis spines is characterized in that the device is a hollow implant having an upper wall, a lower wall, and a periphery formed by surroundingly connecting a support wall, a divided wall, and a side wall respectively at left and right sides to form a receiving space. Provided in the divided wall and the left and right side walls connected thereto is one or more elastic slits formed by cutting from the divided wall in a direction toward the support wall, so that the device becomes a hollow implant featuring elasticity for tiny movements. The device can be implanted between vertebral bodies and outer surfaces of the upper and lower walls are respectively in contact with one vertebral body. The upper and lower walls and each of the side walls on the left and right sides are respectively penetrated with through holes of which the number is greater than or equal to two, thirty, or more than one hundred to form a mesh holed structure.一種骨鬆症脊椎體彈性椎間植入物裝置,其特徵在於:該裝置為一中空植入物,具有一上壁、一下壁,及包圍連接周緣之一支壁、一分壁及左、右各一側壁,形成一容置空間;該分壁及相連接之左、右側壁上,由該分壁向該支壁之方向,剖設一或多條彈性縫,使得該裝置成為具有微動彈性之該中空植入物;該裝置可植入至一脊椎體間,該等上、下壁外表面各可接觸一脊椎體,及該等上、下壁面及左右之各該側壁,各穿設有大於或等於二或三十或一百以上之穿孔,形成一網狀穿孔。
