The screw part is inserted into a hollow formed on the upper part of a fixture (110). The attachment part comprises a tapered part (122a) which is extended from the top of the screw part and is inserted into the hollow of the fixture and an exposed part (122b) which is extended from the tapered part and is planted in the gum.
