PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange member being reliably fixed to a human body by a fixing string-like member and capable of holding a tracheostomy tube to a prescribed position.SOLUTION: A flange member 1 to be used with a tracheostomy tube 101 includes: a mounting part 2 on which the tracheostomy tube 101 is mounted and a plate-like flange body 3 that includes string insertion holes 10 in which a fixing string-like member 40 is inserted respectively, provided on both left/right sides of the mounting part 2.
