PURPOSE: A bank protection block boring machine and a green belt creating method thereof are provided to inexpensively reuse a bank protection block without demolishing the bank protection block. CONSTITUTION: A bank protection block boring machine comprises a main case(20), a main case rotating unit(30), and a boring core unit(40). The main case rotating unit includes an inside fastening flange, a reinforcing flange, multiple swivel bolts, a fastening flange(35) and a rotational flange(39). The rotational flange has an outside fixing protrusion protruded from the central area of one side in order for the outside fixing protrusion to be fixedly inserted into an assembly hole of the fixing flange. The rotational flange includes an inside and an outside rotating protrusion formed with multiple rotational holes passing through which are rotatably connected to the swivel bolts.본 발명은 호안블록 천공용 천공기 및 이를 이용한 녹지 조성방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 강둑이나 제방 등의 법면에 경사지게 시공이 완료된 호안블록에, 천공기의 회전장치를 적절하게 회전시켜 천공기의 천공코아를 일치시키고, 굴삭기의 유압으로 회전하는 천공코아를 승,하강장치로써 승하강시켜 호안블록에 식재공간을 순차적으로 천공한 다음, 식재공간에 잔디, 나무 및 식생초 등의 식생 식물을 식재하여 간편하게 호안블록에 녹지를 조성할 수 있도록 함으로써, 호안블록을 철거하지 않고 저렴한 비용으로 호안블록을 재사용할 수 있어 자원의 절약 및 환경을 보호하는 효과가 제공된다.
