PURPOSE: A portable sterilizer and a method for controlling the same are provided to shorten time required for sterilization and environmentally-friendly sterilize materials for a livestock industry using ozone and low temperature plasma gas.CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray lamp(11) maintains the constant temperature value and the sterilized state of a chamber(10) by generating ultraviolet ray. A first residual ozone treating unit(12) decomposes residual ozone in the chamber. An ozone generator(21) and a lower plasma generator(22) generate ozone and low temperature plasma. A second residual ozone treating unit(23) decomposes ozone in the air circulating through the chamber. A pump(24) introduces the ozone and the low temperature plasma into the chamber. A controlling part(30) selectively drives the ultraviolet lamp, the first residual ozone treating unit, the ozone generator, the low temperature plasma generator, the second residual ozone unit, and the pump.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 축산용 기자재를 오존 및 저온 플라즈마 가스를 이용하여 소독함으로써 가장 친환경적인 소독이 가능하도록 하여 줌과 동시에 축사에서 축사로 이동 중 소독이 가능하고 소독시간을 크게 단축시킨 이동형 방역 소독기 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 자외선을 발생시킴으로써 챔버 내부의 소독상태 유지와 챔버 내부의 온도를 일정한 값으로 유지시켜주는 자외선 램프 챔버 내부에 잔존하는 오존을 분해시켜주는 제1배오존장치 오존 및 저온 플라즈마를 발생하는 오존발생기 및 저온 플라즈마 발생기 상기 챔버를 통해 순환되는 공기 중에 포함된 오존을 분해하는 제2배오존장치 상기 오존 발생기 및 저온플라즈마 발생기로 공기를 유입시켜 발생된 오존 및 저온 플라즈마가 상기 챔버 내부로 유입되도록 하여주는 펌프 상기 자외선램프, 제1배오존장치, 오존발생기, 저온플라즈마발생기, 제2배오존장치 및 펌프를 선택적으로 구동시키는 제어부 및 전원공급부에 연결되어 휴대용으로 전원을 공급할 수 있는 배터리를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
