The present invention provides a sheet-form tissue-reinforcing material and a method for producing the same, wherein the sheet-form tissue-reinforcing material is configured as follows in order to achieve an excellent tissue-reinforcing effect and excellent handling properties without needing to use fibrinogen or clotting performance derived from a patient. This sheet-form tissue-reinforcing material includes a base-material sheet that is biodegradable and has a communicated porous structure, and an adhesive agent resin layer formed by being secured on the base-material sheet. The adhesive agent resin layer includes a first reactant including aldehydated glycan, and a second reactant including partial carboxylated polylysine, and has: a granular structure derived from a powder of the first reactant; and a connection layer derived from the second reactant, the connection layer being anchored to the base-material sheet and being mutually connected to the granular structure. A mixed powder of a two-reactant adhesive agent comprising the powder of the first reactant and a powder of the second reactant is used in order to produce the sheet-form tissue-reinforcing material. For example, the mixed powder is dispersed in ethanol having a water content of less than 1%, and a dispersion liquid thereof is applied to the base-material sheet and then dried.La présente invention porte sur un matériau de renforcement de tissu en forme de feuille et sur son procédé de production, le matériau de renforcement de tissu en forme de feuille étant configuré de la manière suivante afin d'obtenir un excellent effet de renforcement de tissu et d'excellentes propriétés de manipulation sans avoir besoin d'utiliser des performances de fibrinogène ou de coagulation dérivées d'un patient.
