Provided is a lung disease prediction method performed by a lung disease prediction device. The prediction method comprises the steps of: acquiring a three-dimensional computed tomography image by an acquisition unit of a lung disease prediction device on the basis of a two-dimensional computed tomography image captured for each position from a first patient； dividing the three-dimensional computed tomography image into areas for fractal analysis by a control unit of the lung disease prediction device； calculating, by the control unit, a fractal dimension value indicating fractal complexity of the divided three-dimensional computed tomography image for each area of the three-dimensional computed tomography image； generating, by the control unit, high dimensional data including additional information in addition to the fractal dimension value for each area； and generating, by the control unit, current state information of the first patient on the basis of complexity of the high dimensional data.La présente invention concerne un procédé de prédiction de maladie pulmonaire conduit par un dispositif de prédiction de maladie pulmonaire.
