The tube (1) has a respiration lumen (11) including breathing air supply and instrumentation. A guiding unit (4) is mounted on a guide lumen (13) for modifying a curvature radius of the tube. The guiding unit includes a pressure member and a flexible traction member (41), and an oesophageal lumen (12) is provided for an oesophageal input. The guide lumen is closed at a proximal end, and the guide lumen is arranged between the respiration lumen and oesophageal lumen. The lumens are formed by anterior-and posterior partition walls.
