PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of achieving multiple effects such as effective use of agricultural land, reduced burden on agricultural operators, stable crop yields and increased production, and promotion and protection of plant growth rate.SOLUTION: There is provided means which includes a double covering structure composed of a case member having a first covering structure and a covering member forming a second covering structure. The case member is a hollow body having a hollow area. The hollow area covers a plant culture substrate. The case member includes a plurality of openings such as planting holes, slits, or slider fasteners. Such an opening allows the plant to grow. The covering member is made of a soft material.
