Draining holes(114) communicating with pipelines are formed in the vegetation part for forming trees and plants(10).본 발명은 건설, 토목분야에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 복합 기능을 갖도록 프리캐스트 공법에 의해 형성된 프리캐스트 복합 구조물에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 상호 일렬로 설치되어 옹벽을 이루며, 상기 일렬 방향을 따라 관로(120)를 형성할 수 있도록 중공(112)을 갖는 복수의 박스부재(110)를 포함하며； 상기 복수의 박스부재(110) 중 적어도 일부는 외측 상면에, 식생(10)이 형성될 수 있도록 상기 관로(120)로 통하는 물빠짐공(114)이 형성된 식생부(116)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 복합 구조물(100)을 제시한다.
