The present invention relates to a water-soluble composition for injection and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the water-soluble composition contains (i) a deoxycholic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active component and contains 0.4 to 2.0 w/v% as a deoxycholic acid； (ii) contains pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, but does not include benzyl alcohol； and (iii) pH ranges from greater than 7.2 to 8.0 or less.
