PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moss greening panel enabling easy greening by moss plant regardless of places and designed so as to prevent the moss plant from being dispersed by the wind, and causing no change in color into yellow even when being short of water: and to provide a method for producing the panel.
SOLUTION: The moss greening panel 1 includes: a panel body 2 an adhesive layer 4 comprising water-soluble inorganic paint and formed on the surface of the panel body 2 and a greening layer 6 formed on the surface of the panel body 2 through implanting moss plant fine pieces 5 into the adhesive layer 4: wherein the moss plant fine pieces 5 are painted with water-soluble paint, ink or pigment into an optional color. The method for producing the moss greening panel comprises applying the water-soluble inorganic paint on the surface of the panel body 2 to form the adhesive layer 4 implanting the moss plant fine pieces 5 into the adhesive layer 4 to form the greening layer 6 on the surface of the panel body 2 and coloring the moss plant fine pieces 5 with water-soluble paint, ink or pigment into an optional color.
