PURPOSE: A wall surface greening apparatus, and a wall surface greening method using thereof are provided to attach a moss panel to a moss panel fixing block forming outer walls for effectively greening the wall surface. CONSTITUTION: A wall surface greening apparatus comprises the following: moss panels(110, 125) with moss planted on the surface； a block body including a flat moss panel attaching surface for attaching the moss panels； a moss panel fixing block including a tube combining groove； a water feeding device(140) supplying water to the moss planted on the moss panel； a water feeding tube(142) inserted into the tube combining groove for guiding the water from the water feeding device to the moss panel； a base including a decorative surface on the front edge, produced with hard material； a moss planting groove surrounded by the decorative surface； and a moss planting surface located inside the moss planting groove.본 발명은 이끼가 생장할 수 있는 이끼패널을 외벽을 구성하는 이끼패널 고정블록에 부착하여 벽면을 이끼로 녹화할 수 있는 벽면 녹화장치와 이를 이용한 벽면 녹화방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 벽면 녹화장치는, 전면에 이끼가 식재되는 이끼패널, 이끼패널 부착면 및 이끼패널 부착면에 마련되는 튜브 결합홈을 구비하는 이끼패널 고정블록, 이끼패널에 식재된 이끼에 물을 공급하기 위한 급수장치, 급수장치의 물을 이끼패널 고정블록에 부착된 이끼패널로 안내하기 위해 튜브 결합홈에 결합되는 급수튜브를 포함하고, 이끼패널은, 베이스와, 이끼가 식재될 수 있도록 베이스 전면에 형성되는 이끼 식재홈과, 이끼의 뿌리가 부착될 수 있도록 이끼 식재홈의 안쪽에 마련되는 이끼 식재면 및 급수튜브가 삽입될 수 있도록 베이스에 마련되는 복수의 튜브 삽입구멍을 구비한다.
