[Solution] This flying-insect catching device comprises: two collection plates (25) having a flat board shape and having provided on the surface thereof a sticky layer (25b) capable of having flying insects stick thereto； and a support base (21) capable of supporting both collection plates (25) in an upright state. Both collection plates (25) comprise: a substrate (25a) comprising a plastic corrugated box； and the sticky layer (25b) coated on the substrate (25a).
