PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill guide capable of forming a bone hole for connecting a plurality of bone holes bored in a living bone, between the plurality of bone holes in a same direction as that of the plurality of bone holes by accurately guiding a drill to a site between the plurality of bone holes without axial runout.SOLUTION: The drill guide includes: a body 1a in which a drill insertion hole 1c is formed and a plurality of protrusions 1b and 1b to be inserted into a plurality of bone holes. The protrusions protrude forward from the body in parallel to a central line direction of the drill insertion hole, and a virtual drill insertion hole 1f formed by extending the drill insertion hole of the body is formed between the protrusions by notching a facing part of the protrusions, in parallel to the central line direction of the protrusions. Length Lf or Lc of at least one of the drill insertion hole and the virtual drill insertion hole is 5 mm or more.
