The invention relates to a method for the production of individualized positioners for teeth, comprising the following steps: a) scanning a first physical shape in the actual position of the rows of teeth as a positive shape and creating a virtual positive shape of the actual position, b) deforming the virtual positive shape in the ACTUAL position so that the teeth of the virtual positive shape are brought to a desired position, c) printing of a second physical shape in the DESIRED position by means of 3D printing, d) creation of a third physical shape in the SOLL Position as a negative form under direct or indirect, in particular non-destructive, use of the second physical form. The invention further relates to an elastic dental impression mold as a negative mold for use in the manufacture of a positioner and to the use of elastic plastics for a physical negative mold which is utilized via impression techniques.
