A method and system for controlling an ultrasonic device. The control method comprises: an ultrasonic detection terminal (100) displaying medical data, collected thereby, of a specified patient, and synchronizing, by means of a network, a display interface thereof to an ultrasonic workstation (200) in real time, wherein the display interface contains position information about a mouse configured for the ultrasonic detection terminal (100) (S100); and receiving a control instruction located in the ultrasonic workstation (200) and generated by means of a doctor adjusting the position information about the mouse according to the display interface displayed in a video window, and adjusting the display interface according to the control instruction (S200). By means of synchronizing the display interface, that has a cursor position, of the ultrasonic detection terminal (100) to a video window of the ultrasonic workstation (200), and displaying, in the video window of the ultrasonic workstation (200), a mouse cursor at a current real-time inspection terminal, so as to cooperate with a wireless mouse and keyboard, image data is directly processed in the ultrasonic workstation (200) and is transmitted back to the ultrasonic workstation (200) to generate a report, thereby reducing the need for a doctor to walk back and forth for an operation, and improving the working efficiency of the doctor.L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour commander un dispositif à ultrasons.
