PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer capable of thinning a product.SOLUTION: The sphygmomanometer includes a cuff to be worn with it winding around a measuring object site, and a body. The body includes: a base plate 11； a pump 30 and a pressure sensor 31 respectively mounted on one surface of the base plate 11； and a plate-like member disposed to face the other surface 11b of the base plate 11, mounted thereon. The base plate 11 has a first through-hole 11c at a part corresponding to a fluid outlet 30d of the pump 30, and a second through-hole 11d at a part corresponding to a fluid inlet 31d of the pressure sensor. The other surface 11b of the base plate 11, and a facing surface of the plate-like member facing the other surface 11b constitute a plane-direction flow path 390 along the other surface 11b of the base plate. The plane-direction flow path 390 is communicated to a fluid bag provided in the cuff.
