PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchrony detector capable of detecting synchrony of a conversation.SOLUTION: The synchrony detector includes: a data generation part including a first microphone 120 and a second microphone 122 for measuring voices of a first speaker 140 and a second speaker 142 having a conversation respectively for a prescribed period and generating time-sequential data an arithmetic operation part for repeating processing of calculating the total sum of the products of corresponding data, regarding the data of a first period among the time-sequential data of the first speaker and the data of a second period for which the first period is shifted for the shift time among the time-sequential data of the second speaker, for the prescribed number of times by changing the shift time, obtaining the maximum value of the plurality of obtained total sums, and determining the shift time corresponding to the maximum value and a display part 130 for presenting information indicating the shift time corresponding to the maximum value or the synchrony corresponding to the shift time.
