PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a potential body environment, obtaining the body state of a subject thereby contributing to the early detection of a disease, and providing criteria for decision to urge the subject to improve the body to be normal.SOLUTION: The subject enters an accessible sauna room with a blood stream promotion device, wherein the room is kept so that the temperature is 38°C-60°C and the humidity is 90%-98%, and the subject can go into and out of the room. Immediately after the entrance, when a prescribed time elapses after the entrance, and after the subject puts both hands and feet into warm water for 10-12 minutes, blood pressure is measured in the right and left hands, and pulse and body temperature, etc., are measured. Then, the subject goes out of the sauna room with the blood stream promotion device and takes a rest for dozen minutes outside of the room. Then, the above measurement is repeated several times and respective measurement values are inputted to a personal computer.
