To provide an air supply and exhaust device of a bladder in which noise in the exhaust is prevented by preventing the occurrence of a turbulent flow and a vortex flow in an airflow in the exhaust path of an air sac.SOLUTION: There are provided: a housing 42 with multiple vent holes 42f being brought into communication with each bladder (63), respectively； and a valve body 41 being rotationally driven while being oppositely arranged in each vent hole 42f, supplying air from a pump into the vent hole 42f being brought into communication with the bladder to be expanded, and exhausting air from the vent hole 42f being brought into communication with the bladder to be shrunk. The valve body 41 includes an air supply chamber 41a for supplying the air from the pump to the opposed vent hole 42f, and an exhaust passage 41f for bringing the bladder being brought into communication with the opposed vent hole 42f into communication with an air open port 41h.
