The present invention relates to a pneumatic brace for providing primary treatment in the orthopedic injury to the upper and lower limb. Said brace is preferably made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or any other synthetic polymer that is flexible, light weight and radiolucent material for passage of X-rays through it without removing it from the body part. The brace comprises a distensible body that forms a bladder wherein pressurize air is filled through a nozzle. In practice, after inserting the affected limb in the non inflated brace, air is filled in the bladder whereby it circumferentially conform the injured body part and firmly fits on it to instantaneously immobilizing the affected limb. The brace is easy to use so that it can be applied to the patient on the accidental site also.
