PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molded chocolates for burning that is good in solidification property and releasability during molding and capable of maintaining a soft texture in a composite confectionery even after burning.SOLUTION: Chocolates are manufactured by using a fat composition containing fat (A) with StOSt&ge30 wt.% of 10 to 90 wt.% and fat (B) which is liquid at 26°C of 90 to 10 wt.% and satisfying conditions of SOS type triglyceride content of 20 to 80 wt.%, StOSt content of 10 to 70 wt.% and POP+PPO&le10 wt.%.
