A hydrophilic silicone composition having an oral care substance is disclosed. The composition is based on polysiloxane with high water uptake capacity. By soaking the aqueous solution or dispersion of the oral care substance in the polysiloxane, the resulting composition shows good release properties. The use of a hydrophilically modified polysiloxane, possibly in combination with an unmodified hydrophobic polysiloxane, advantageously allows convenient manufacture of the desired shape based on dental imprints. Hydrophilic modification of the polysiloxane is effected in particular by including a hydrophilic vinyl monomer, in particular an alpha olefinic soap, in the composition prior to curing.口腔ケア物質を有する親水性シリコーン組成物が開示される。当該組成物は、高い水摂取能力を持つポリシロキサンに基づく。口腔ケア物質の水溶液又は分散液をポリシロキサン中に浸漬することにより、得られる組成物は良好な放出特性を示す。恐らく未修飾の疎水性ポリシロキサンと組み合わせて、親水性に修飾されたポリシロキサンを使用することにより、好都合なことに歯科インプリントに基づく所望の形状の便利な製造が可能になる。ポリシロキサンの親水性変性は、特に、硬化前に親水性ビニルモノマー、特にアルファオレフィン性石鹸を組成物中に含有させることによって行なわれる。
