A microorganism preparation for preventing the sclerotium disease and gray mold contains the Bacillus thuringiensis JC154, a culture medium of the strains, or an extract of the culture medium extract as an active ingredient. The microorganism preparation contains an excipient.본 발명은 균핵병 및 잿빛곰팡이병 방제를 위한 새로운 미생물 균주와 이를 이용한 미생물 제제 및 방제방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 식물의 균핵병 및 잿빛곰팡이병에 대해 길항력을 갖는 바실러스 튜린지엔시스 JC154(Bacillus thuringiensis JC154) KCTC 18216P와 이를 이용한 미생물 제제 및 방제방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따라 얻어진 방제제 조성물은, 단독으로도 방제가 80% 이상의 뛰어난 균핵병 및 잿빛곰팡이병 방제 활성을 나타내므로, 그간 사용되어온 화학농약을 대체하여 유효한 균핵병 및 잿빛곰팡이병 방제제로 이용될 수 있다.
