An independent claim is also included for a complete system, comprising a system for oil extraction from the oil plants preferably from the oil seed, a system for separating seed bodies and seed shells, a system for protein extraction from the residues of plant ingredients used for oil extraction, a system for processing the deproteinized plant ingredients, preferably a system for compressing the deproteinized plant ingredients to press bodies and a system for energetically utilizing the processed plant ingredients.
