The present utility model relates to a process of extracting crude pollen allergens and products obtainable therefrom that could be used in testing procedures of allergic reactions to substances or elements from local plants, particularly from their pollens. The process of extracting crude pollen allergens comprises the steps of: a. defatting wherein pollens in ether is air-dried overnight and transferred in a conical tube； and b. extracting the defatted pollen by mixing it with coca solution, agitating the mixture in a shaker, centrifuging the agitated mixture, filtering the centrifuged mixture, and transferring the filtered pollen in sterile vials.
