PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improvement in conjugate vaccines against serogroups A, W135 and Y.SOLUTION: There is provided an injectable immunogenic composition. The composition includes capsular saccharides from at least two of serogroups A, C, W135 and Y of Neisseria meningitidis, wherein the capsular saccharides are conjugated to carrier proteins and/or are oligosaccharides, and wherein (i) the composition includes less than 50 &mu；g meningococcal saccharides per dose, and/or (ii) the composition further includes an antigen from one or more of: (a) the serogroup B of N. meningitidis； (b) Haemophilus influenza type B； and/or (c) Streptococcus pneumoniae.
