A rehabilitation device for arm balance and coordination is disclosed. It includes a base, a balancing device and a sensing device. This balancing device is pivoted on the base so that it can rotate on a shaft of the base. The balancing device has a groove. There is a positioning recess allowing a ball to stay in temperately. The user can use two hands to hold on both ends of the groove so as to control this ball to slide into the positioning recess. If the ball stays in the positioning recess for a preset time, the sensing device will record the score. By repeating these practices like games, the user can achieve the purposes of arm balance rehabilitation. Hence, the rehabilitation process of this invention has more fun. Both rehabilitation and training can be achieved. Plus, it can be a game.本發明係為一種手臂平衡及協調復健裝置，其包括一基架、一平衡裝置及一感測裝置；此平衡裝置係以樞接部樞設於基架的樞接軸桿上並可轉動，而平衡裝置的滑軌概呈彎曲狀且具有一定位凹槽，而可讓一滾動件在滑軌內滾動時可暫時滾進定位凹槽內，當使用者雙手握於滑軌兩端並使滾動件滾進定位凹槽後，若雙手使滾動件停留於定位凹槽內達預定時間，則由感測裝置計次得分，如此反覆的進行動作，讓使用者的手臂在遊戲間達到平衡復健，故，本案達到兼具復健過程較具趣味性、同時具備復健與訓練功能與可進行比賽等優點及功效。
