PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like patch which enables percutaneous absorption in a short time and is also effective for drug abuse prevention.SOLUTION: The sheet-like patch consists of two mucoadhesive layers (10 and 20). These two layers have mucoadhesive surfaces (40) on an outer surface. When the sheet-like patch is applied to inner cheek and beneath tongue, a percutaneous absorption method enables the percutaneous absorption of a drug in a short time because the drug is released from both mucoadhesive surfaces. The patch may further include an intermediate layer (50), when the drug is an abusable drug, such as an opioid or the like, if the intermediate layer is made to contain antagonist, such as naloxone, the drug exhibits only analgesic action of opioid because antagonist is not absorbed percutaneously. On the other hand, when the patch for percutaneous absorption is dissolved to be injected in order to aim at abuse, opioid is nullified by antagonist.【課題】短時間で経皮吸収させることができ、また、薬物乱用防止にも有効なシート状貼付剤の提供。【解決手段】シート状貼付剤は、2つの粘膜付着層（10及び20）をからなり、これら2つの層は、外面に粘膜付着表面（40）を有しており、頬の内側あるいは舌下に適用したとき、両方の粘膜付着表面から薬剤が放出されるため短時間で薬剤を経皮吸収させることができる経皮吸収方法。さらに本貼付剤は中間層（５０）を備えることができ、薬剤がオピオイド等乱用性薬物の場合には、該中間層にナロキソン等のアンタゴニストを含有させておけば、アンタゴニストは経皮的に吸収されないため、オピオイドの鎮痛作用のみを示す。一方、乱用を目的として貼付剤を溶解し、注射するなどした場合は、アンタゴニストによりオピオイドは無効化される経皮吸収用貼布剤。【選択図】図３
