The technical problem is solved in that the nozzle with jet forming nozzles on the tube of the irrigator-aspirator contains a body in the form of a tube with a blind distal end with holes for jet forming nozzles, according to the solution, there is a cylindrical insert with a channel for the tube of the irrigator-aspirator eccentrically located along it, made with the possibility of rotation in the housing and fixing opposite the holes for the jet nozzles, a sealing gasket is fixed at the distal end of the insert with an opening matching the opening of the channel for the tube of the irrigator-aspirator.
