The present invention relates to compoundsof formula I wherein: Ring A is an optionally substituted5-7 membered, partially unsaturated or fully unsaturatedring having 0-3 heteroatoms independently selectedfrom nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur, and wherein Ring A isoptionally fused to an optionally substituted saturated,partially unsaturated or fully unsaturated 5-8 memberring having 0-3 heteroatoms independently selectedfrom nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur； Ring B is an optionallysubstituted 5-6 membered ring having 0 to 4 heteroatoms, independentlyselected from nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur, wherein saidring has a first substituent, -N(R1)2, in the position adjacent to the pointof attachment, and is optionally substituted by up to twoadditional substituents. Compoounds of formula I are useful as inhibitors ofGSK-3 and Lck protein kinases. The present inventionalso provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising thecompounds of the invention and methods of utilizing thosecompositions in the treatment and prevention of various disorders, such asdiabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and transplant rejection.
