The present invention is a machine for threshing grains such as soybeans. Two threshing cylinders are installed, the front cylinder of the inlet is shaken and the rear cylinder is separated from the bean and the soybeans. Fallen beans and foreign objects fall on the sheet of iron that is bent in the shape of saw blades. Beans and foreign substances are collected in the center by the reciprocating motion of the iron plate, falling on the shaker by the rotation of the transfer screw. Light dust or foreign substances are sucked out by the suction power of the suction pen installed on the upper side of the shaker, and the heavy bean or foreign substance is discharged to the lower outlet, and the bean falling down is lifted up by the elevator to be contained in the grain bag. The threshing machine prevents grain loss and saves labor costs by completely separating soybeans and pods.본 고안은 주로 콩과 같은 곡물을 탈곡하는 기계로서 두 개의 탈곡 실린더를 설치하여 투입구 앞 실린더는 알맹이를 털고 뒤쪽 실린더는 콩과 콩깍지를 분리하여 콩깍지만 배출구로 배출하고 아래쪽에 설치된 철망을 통해서 아래로 떨어진 콩과 이물질은 톱날과 같은 모양으로 절곡된 철판위에 떨어지고 철판의 왕복운동으로 콩과 이물질은 가운데로 모아져서 이송스크류의 회전작용으로 흔들채위에 떨어지고 흔들채의 작용으로 콩과 이물질이 분리됨과 동시에 흔들채 위쪽에 설치된 흡입펜의 흡입력에 의하여 가벼운 먼지나 이물질은 흡입되어 배출되고 무거운 콩대나 이물질은 아래쪽 배출구로 배출되고 아래로 떨어진 콩은 승강기에 의해 위로 올라가 곡물포대에 담아지도록 고안된 곡물 탈곡기다. 본 탈곡기는 콩과 콩깍지가 완전 분리됨으로 곡물손실을 방지하고 인건비를 절약하는 효과가 있다.
