PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain discharge device of combine which can easily adjust an inclination posture of a grain discharge cylinder.SOLUTION: A grain discharge cylinder (6) conveys grains transferred from a conveyance spiral (8) installed at a bottom part of a grain tank (1), the grain discharge cylinder (6) being installed at a rear side of the grain tank 1 and being rotatable around a shaft center of the conveyance spiral (8). A first support frame (16) supports the grain tank (1) so as to rotate to a lateral side, the first frame erected on a machine body frame (3). An upper part of the first support frame (16) and the grain discharge cylinder (6) is connected by a discharge cylinder inclination cylinder (62). The inclination posture of the grain discharge cylinder (6) can be changed with the discharge cylinder inclination cylinder (62) contracted/extended. A discharge clutch lever (86) is installed to be operated for connecting and cutting drive force to the conveyance spiral (8).
