PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydroponics equipment and a hydroponics method each directly generating ozone in nutritious liquid to sterilize nutritious liquid.SOLUTION: This hydroponics equipment includes a cultivation bed 1 for arranging plants, a nutritious liquid tank 2 storing nutritious liquid to be supplied to the cultivation bed 1, an ozone sterilizing device 3 generating ozone, and a nutritious liquid sterilizing channel 12 sending nutritious liquid from the nutritious liquid tank 2 to the ozone sterilizing device 3 and returning the nutritious liquid from the ozone sterilizing device 3 to the nutritious liquid tank 2. It is possible to sterilize nutritious liquid by directly generating ozone in nutritious liquid in the ozone sterilizing device 3.
