Disclosed is a dental restoration automatic processing method. According to the method, a dental restoration is processed by virtue of a composite system which is composed of an optical scanning and computer aided design system, a CAD auxiliary system and a selective laser cladding machine. By combining an existing dental CAD system with a metal 3D printing technology, the method can rapidly manufacture the individual metal dental restoration, and the conventional method for making implants and upper structures thereof can be changed from numerical control cutting processing to metal 3D printing processing, thereby improving the processing efficiency and also achieving the individual fabrication.
