A spring (47) is mounted between the locking wedging block (44) and the locking pushing block (43), the locking wedging block (44) and the locking pushing block (43) are slidably mounted on the fixing base (41), and when the pressure spring (46) is released, the locking wedging block (44) can slide between the driving ejector pin (42) and the fixing base (41). A staple bin assembly of the cutting stapler comprises a staple bin (1), a knife sliding block (2), a knife-carrying rack (3) and the abovementioned apparatus (4). The top end of the driving ejector pin (42) abuts against the knife-carrying rack (3), and compresses the pressure spring (46) along with the pushing action of the knife-carrying rack (3). The locking pushing block (43) corresponds to the cutting stop position of the knife sliding block (2). The structural design is rational, and the structure is compact. After impact, the staple bin (1) can automatically lock, preventing a second impact, and preventing the staple bin assembly from being misused, making the apparatus safe.
