PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially completely suppress a problem of mold generation of an individually packaged rice cake which is enclosed in an outer packaging bag, the mold being generated at an extremely low generation rate.SOLUTION: A individually packaged rice cake 1 has such a configuration that a rice cake piece 3 is enclosed together with a deoxidation agent 5 into an individually packaging bag 4 having an oxygen transmission rate of 10 cc/m2 day atm or lower and is stored under an environment having an oxygen concentration of 0.0001% or lower, and freshness date information 6 concerning the rice cake piece 3 is displayed on the individually packaging bag 4.
