PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing tool for thoroughly relieving stiffness of muscles of each part of a human body and improving a stretch effect.SOLUTION: A pressing tool includes a pair of spheres 10, and parts of the pair of spheres 10 overlap with each other so that a recess 10a is formed. The width of the recess 10a is preferably 0.5-1.5 cm, and the hardness of the spheres 10 is preferably 30-90 N. As shown in Fig. 3(a), for example, when the stiffness of muscles of an arm U is attempted to be relieved, small portions of the muscles are unstiffened by the recess 10a as show in Fig. 3(b). Thereby, the stiffness of the muscles of each part of the human boy can be relieved thoroughly, and a stretch effect can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】人体各部の筋肉の細部まで凝りをほぐし、ストレッチ効果を向上させることができる押圧具を提供する。【解決手段】一対の球体10を有し、この一対の球体10同士は、窪み10aが形成されるように一部が重なり合っている。そして、この窪み10aの幅は、0.5cm~1.5cmが好ましく、球体10の硬度は、30N~90Nが好ましい。これにより、例えば、図3(a)に示すように、腕Uの筋肉の凝りをほぐそうとすると、その筋肉の細部が、図3(b)に示すように、窪み10aによってほぐされることとなる。これにより、人体各部の筋肉の細部まで凝りをほぐすことができ、もって、ストレッチ効果を向上させることができる。【選択図】図3
